How do payment links in replies work?
When a buyer's email reply shows they want to pay, Sealrep can put a payment link from your own Stripe into the reply draft, for your one active offer or the offer they named. A person approves every reply that carries one, first emails and follow-ups never get one, and Sealrep takes no cut.

When a link goes into a reply.
All of these must hold:
- The reply is labelled interested, picked a time, question or pricing.
- It carries a buying phrase, such as "send me the invoice", "how do I pay", "ready to start" or "sign me up". "Not ready to start" does not count.
- You have exactly one active offer, or they named exactly one.
- Sealrep has their email address, and your Stripe link works.
The AI model never sees the link. It writes a placeholder, and Sealrep swaps in the real link before the checks run, so what you approve is what goes out. A reply can carry the link once. You can also add a link yourself to an email reply draft waiting in Approvals or the Inbox.
A payment link is from your own Stripe, in an email reply draft, when the buyer shows they want to buy. A person approves every reply that carries one. Sealrep takes no cut.
Setting it up once.
- Add your offers in Sealrep: a name, a short description, a price and a currency. Up to 20 can be active.
- In Stripe, give the restricted key you pasted into Sealrep Write access to Products, Prices and Payment Links. The key itself stays the same.
- Sealrep makes the product, the price and the payment link in your Stripe account the first time an offer needs one.
Change an offer's price and Sealrep makes a new link, switches the old one off, and swaps the new link into every reply still waiting. Those replies need approval again. Delete an offer and its waiting replies come back to you for review.
After they pay.
Each buyer gets their own copy of the link, with their email filled in on Stripe's page. Stripe lets the buyer change that email[1]. When a USD payment comes from someone Sealrep reached first, the Stripe sync counts it as verified cash in your results ledger. A payment with a different email, or in another currency, is not added to the ledger. A refund in Stripe reduces or cancels the row.
There is no extra charge in Sealrep: a reply with a payment link is one ordinary reply draft. Stripe's own fees apply to the payment, and Sealrep takes no share of it.

Questions people ask. Answered straight.
can Sealrep charge my buyer by itself?
No. Sealrep only puts a link in a reply you approve. The buyer chooses to pay on Stripe's page, into your Stripe account.
can I send a payment link on LinkedIn or X?
The side panel can copy your offer's link for you to paste into a LinkedIn or X conversation. You send it. The side panel's Chrome Web Store listing is coming soon.
does Sealrep take a percentage?
No. The money goes to your Stripe account. Sealrep takes no commission and no per-meeting fee.
which payments count as results?
USD payments from people Sealrep reached first, matched by their email, count as verified cash. Payments in other currencies show as revenue elsewhere in the app but are not added to the ledger.
