What it is
Cold email still works when the email is about the reader. It stops working when it is a template with a name swapped in. Sealrep treats every email as a small piece of research: who this person is, what just changed at their company, and why your offer matters to them this month.
How Sealrep does it
For each person, Sealrep writes one email around one reason, keeps it short and ends with one small ask. You can see the reason behind each phrase, so you can check the facts it used. The follow-ups add something new instead of “just bumping this”.
Sending is the other half. Sealrep sets up the sending domains and their SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, then warms each new inbox slowly, from about 5 to 25 sends a day over roughly three weeks. If bounces or spam complaints climb, it pauses that inbox by itself. Google asks bulk senders to keep reported spam below 0.10% and never reach 0.30%; Sealrep watches the same line.

What you control
By default, every email waits for your approval. You set the daily cap per inbox, the days and hours it sends, and the companies it must never contact. Once the emails are right, you can let follow-ups go on their own and still approve every first email.

will this hurt my main domain?
It does not have to touch it. Sealrep can send from separate domains it sets up for you, warmed slowly, so your main domain keeps its own reputation.
how many emails does it send a day?
A new inbox starts at about 5 a day and climbs to about 25 over roughly three weeks. You set the cap per inbox, and more volume comes from more inboxes, not from pushing one harder.
do I have to approve every email?
By default, yes: nothing sends until you approve it. You can later let follow-ups go on their own while you keep approving every first email.
is it a template tool?
No. There is no template with merge tags. Sealrep writes each email for one person around one reason, and shows you that reason so you can check it.
what happens if someone says stop?
The reply agent reads it, stops every touch to that person on every channel, and confirms in one line. They are not contacted again.
