#what happens to a reply

Read, sorted, answered. Nothing left unread.

  • 01

    Reads and sorts it

Wants a call, a question, later, not now, out of office, take me off. Each one is labelled.

  • 02

    Drafts the answer

An answer grounded in what you told Sealrep, with the sources it used listed under the draft.

  • 03

    Books the call

Times from your calendar in their time zone. The invite goes out when you approve.

#clients, not leads

One thread, start to finish. With the thinking shown.

Follow Priya Raman from the first email to a booked meeting. Every step shows what Sealrep did and why it did it.

  1. 01 / 04 · Day 0

    It noticed the signal

Northloop Studio posted two client-services jobs. Sealrep read that as a pipeline problem and wrote the first email around it.

This is timely. Can you send times for Thursday?

    Draft reply

    Needs you

Thursday 16:30 or Friday 10:00 both work on my side. I will send an invite for whichever suits you.

    • Why her: hiring 2 in client services, 2d ago. Fit 94.
    • Why now: two hires in client services usually means the founder is the bottleneck.
    • Draft used her post about losing a retainer as the pain line. Sent 09:40 after your approval.

#every other reply

Six kinds of reply. Each one gets the right answer.

Most replies are not a yes. Sealrep sorts each one and does the right next thing. The ones that could become a call come to you.

  • Wants a call Needs you

“This is timely. Can you send times for Thursday?”

Drafts two times from your calendar in her time zone. Sends the invite when you approve.

  • Has a question Needs you

“How is this different from what our agency does now?”

Drafts an answer from what you told Sealrep about your offer, with the sources listed under it.

  • Later Sealrep · your rules

“Not now, but try me again in Q3.”

Thanks him, sets a follow-up for 1 July and stops every touch until then.

  • Out of office Sealrep · your rules

“Out of office until the 12th, back then.”

Moves the next step to the 13th. Nothing is sent.

  • Not a fit Sealrep · your rules

“We do all of this in-house, thanks.”

Replies with one polite line and closes the thread.

  • Take me off Sealrep · your rules

“Please take me off your list.”

Stops every touch on every channel and confirms in one line. Never contacted again.

Who owns each kind is a rule you set. A buyer who wants a call always comes to you by default.Example data

#the detail

A reply is the start of the work, not the end of it.

What it is

Outreach is only worth something when the replies are answered, quickly and well. Replies come in on email and LinkedIn, at all hours, and most are not a yes: they are a “later”, a question, an out of office. Each still needs the right answer.

How Sealrep does it

Sealrep brings every reply into one inbox and sorts it: wants a call, has a question, later, not now, out of office, take me off. It drafts an answer grounded in what you told it about your offer, and lists the sources under the draft so you can check it. For a buyer who wants a call, it proposes times from your calendar in their time zone and sends the invite once you approve.

It also keeps the rest of the plan honest. A “later” becomes a date, not a no. An opt-out stops every touch on every channel. Someone who booked a call gets no more follow-ups.

What you control

You decide which kinds of reply Sealrep may answer on its own and which always come to you. A buyer who wants a call always comes to you by default. You can take over any thread at any time, and Sealrep steps back.

#getting started

From reply to meeting in three steps.

  1. 012 min

    Connect your calendar

Sealrep reads your free times so it can offer real slots, in the buyer’s time zone.
  2. 02

    Set the house rules

Decide which replies Sealrep may answer on its own (an out of office, a “later”) and which always come to you.
  3. 03

    Approve and take the call

A buyer who wants to talk lands at the top of your inbox with the answer and times drafted. Press approve.

Replies & meetings questions. Answered straight.

does it answer replies without me?

Only the kinds you allow, such as an out of office or a “try me in Q3”. A buyer who wants a call comes to you by default, with the answer and times already drafted.

how does it book the meeting?

It reads your calendar’s free times, offers slots in the buyer’s time zone, and sends the invite when you approve the reply.

what if it gets a reply wrong?

Every draft lists the sources it used, so you can see where an answer came from. You can edit it, reject it, or take over the thread.

what happens after a meeting is booked?

Sealrep stops every other touch to that person, so nobody gets a follow-up after saying yes.
