#results ledger

How does the results ledger count?

The results ledger counts each step from email sent to cash collected, and keeps three kinds of evidence apart: verified (Sealrep saw it happen), confirmed (a person on your team said so) and self-reported (typed in). The three are never added together, events are never edited or deleted, and each week is locked once it ends.

What the results ledger counts, and which kind of evidence each row is

Activity on LinkedIn, X and Reddit (a post, a reply back, a new connection) is your word, so it is self-reported and never enters the email numbers.

Why the three never add up.

A verified booking and a booking someone typed in are different kinds of proof. Adding them would make the total look stronger than the evidence. So every count shows three numbers, and any total sums one tier only.

The one figure that crosses tiers is cash collected against what you spent on Sealrep: verified and confirmed cash, never self-reported, and the figure names the tiers it counts. Spend is your plan's price, spread over the days that have passed.

Corrections and locked weeks.

Nothing in the ledger is edited or deleted. A correction is a new row that voids or adjusts an earlier one, and it counts in the original's week. A person can correct confirmed and self-reported rows. Verified rows change only through the system, for example when a payment is refunded in Stripe.

Each Monday the past week is locked as a snapshot. A correction made after that shows next to the locked week, so you can see what changed and when.

Questions people ask. Answered straight.

can I add a deal Sealrep did not see?

Yes. Type it in with its value. It is counted as self-reported and never added to verified or confirmed numbers.

is a reply counted as a positive result?

A reply counts as replied. It counts as positive only when a person on your team marks it so.

can my agency client see the ledger?

Yes. A client login can read the results of its own workspace.
