How do agency client logins work?

A client login opens one workspace: its approvals, its reports, its results, the week's plan, its credit balance and its own notices. Everything else in Sealrep answers "not allowed" for that login, whatever the address. A client cannot see your other clients.

Client logins are viewer seats, and viewers are free. Invited client logins never wait in the access list.

A client approver is someone at your client who may approve the emails Sealrep drafted for their workspace. You tick that right on their login. They approve the text exactly as written: changing it needs someone on your team. They can approve one email or a whole sequence, undo their own decision in the hold window, and use the single-use links in the 09:00 email.

Nothing is sent until a person approves it: one email at a time, or a whole sequence at once, with undo before each send.

• Links in emails (approval links, invitations, unsubscribe links) always point at Sealrep's own address.

Each client has its own workspace, with its own mailboxes, people, approvals and results ledger, and your agency console sits over all of them. The Agency plan includes a number of client workspaces, shown on this page from the live price list.

You can give each client paid from your agency's credits a monthly credit limit. When it is used up, that client's jobs that need credits stop until its next month starts, even if your balance has plenty, and you hear at 80% and 100%. Reports go out in your name.

People on your agency team get one combined email at 09:00 in your time zone listing the drafts waiting across your clients, up to 3 links per client and 10 in all.
