Sealrep vs HeyReach: LinkedIn sent across many senders, or drafts you send

HeyReach automates LinkedIn outreach across many sender accounts at once: connection requests, messages, follow-ups, voice notes and profile views, priced per sender or in agency bundles.[1] Sealrep never holds your LinkedIn login; on your click its side panel copies the visible page so Sealrep can draft a note, and you send it.

#side by side

HeyReach and Sealrep, topic by topic.

HeyReach’s H1 is “10x your LinkedIn outbound. Unlimited senders, one fixed cost” and its homepage meta says “Send 1000+ LinkedIn invites and messages per week”.[3] Its agency page is titled “HeyReach for lead gen agencies”: “Connect unlimited LinkedIn accounts and manage all replies in a unified inbox”, with workspaces, webhooks, an API and whitelabel options.[2]

TopicHeyReachSealrep
How LinkedIn worksAutomates “connection requests, messages, follow-ups, voice notes, and profile views” from connected sender accounts, rotating between them; each account gets “its own dedicated residential proxy”.[1]Sealrep never holds your LinkedIn login. When you click, the side panel copies the visible text of the page you opened and sends it to Sealrep to draft a note. It never types, clicks, posts or runs in the background. You send.
Pace“Send 1000+ LinkedIn invites and messages per week”, with each sender kept within its own daily limits.[3]Suggested pace: 10 invites a day, 60 a week, each one sent by you.
EmailMultichannel through “native integrations with Instantly and Smartlead”.[1]Any mailbox you own that offers SMTP and IMAP: Gmail and Google Workspace with an app password (it needs 2-Step Verification), Zoho, Fastmail or your own host. Microsoft 365 mailboxes wait for Microsoft sign-in, which is coming soon, because Microsoft no longer accepts passwords for IMAP. Google sign-in is coming soon too. Sealrep does not sell or warm mailboxes. Each mailbox ramps from 5 to 25 sends a day over 21 days, sends inside your hours and pauses itself at 3% bounces. 25 a day is the most it sends.
AgenciesSeparate workspaces per client; on Agency, “Whitelabel included”: “Your logo, your colors, your domain, your sign-in page.”[2]A workspace per client, three included in the Agency plan, with a console over all of them. Client logins in your name, logo and colour, with a small “Powered by Sealrep” line, on app.sealrep.com. Your own portal domain is coming soon. A client can approve their own emails from a free viewer seat.
RepliesA Unified Inbox for every LinkedIn message; its MCP server can “tag replies by sentiment and send them to your CRM”.[1]Every email reply is sorted and answered with a draft that cites its sources; a buyer who wants to talk gets two times and your booking link. Out-of-office and unsubscribe are handled with nothing sent. You approve each reply.
Payment in the replyNot found on its pricing or agency pages.[1]A payment link from your own Stripe, in an email reply draft, when the buyer shows they want to buy. A person approves every reply that carries one. Sealrep takes no cut.
What gets countedConnections accepted, conversations started and interested leads, per its homepage.[3]A results ledger from sent to cash, with verified, confirmed and self-reported numbers kept in separate columns that are never added together. Verified cash needs your Stripe connected.
AI searchNot found on its pricing page.[1]Tracks how the AI engines in your plan answer your buyers’ questions and which pages they cite, and turns gaps into tasks.

#straight answer

What Sealrep does not do.

Sealrep does not automate LinkedIn and will not send anything there for you. Its client logins show a small “Powered by Sealrep” line and run on app.sealrep.com; your own portal domain is coming soon. If you need a fully branded LinkedIn tool on your own domain today, HeyReach’s Agency plan includes one.
